About BE Intelligent

Healthcare experience behind every conversation.

BE Intelligent brings together AI expertise and healthcare technology leadership to help hospitals make informed decisions and put them into practice. We work alongside leaders who need a clearer direction, additional expertise, or support through change.

Our founders

We've stood up AI steering committees, vetted AI vendors, and carried the accountability when technology decisions affect patients, employees, and the bottom line.

Jason EwingCHCIO, CDH-E

Co-founder

Jason brings healthcare CIO experience in technology strategy, IT governance, and organizational improvement. He helps leadership teams connect technology decisions with the needs of patients, staff, and operations.

A healthcare CIO with more than 30 years of executive leadership, Jason is known for turning fragmented, struggling IT organizations into high performers by transforming their people, processes, and culture. He thrives where there’s no playbook.

He helped build the IRS’s first website, led a NASA astronaut health data study across 38 countries, built one of Montana’s first Explainable AI programs, and founded a Reimagination Center that redesigned care from the patient’s point of view. He recently spoke at the University of Utah on implementing AI in health systems.

What matters to us

Understand the organization. Be direct about the work. Involve the people who will carry it forward. Help leaders make decisions they can act on.

Our mission is to help organizations adopt AI safely, responsibly, and with confidence, so innovation becomes an advantage and not a liability.

Governance should speed adoption, not stall it.

Good guardrails let you say yes to AI with confidence.

Risk you can’t see, you can’t manage.

Visibility comes first.

Programs have to fit the organization.

We build around your people, your environment, and your risk tolerance.
